I will coordinate showings with prospective Real Estate Advisor and their buyers. I will provide detailed feedback from showings and help you respond to those insights if it’s deemed necessary.
I will also host open houses and private showings for QUALIFIED BUYERS only.
I will explain all elements of the offers we receive and negotiate an offer that is in your best interest and best fits your needs.
Once an offer is accepted it will likely come with conditions and subject clauses. I will liaise with the Buyer’s Real Estate Advisor to help ensure that Conditions and Subject Clauses are satisfied.
Your property is SOLD! Now it’s time to arrange for movers, transfer utilities, insurance, forward mail, etc. You will also need to choose a Lawyer or notary for your closing and set up your appointment to sign all the necessary documents.
This is the official date that you receive the funds from the sale of your home.
Today the new owners take possession and move in. I will meet the buyers agent to hand over the keys to the new buyers.
